Sweepstakes in one of two (2) ways during the period beginning at 12:01 A.M., March 26, 2012 and ending at 11:59:59 P.M., May 21, 2012
SMS TEXT ENTRY: You may enter this Sweepstakes, by sending on your cell phone ("Cell") the keyword "POWERUP" as an SMS text message to the SMS shortcode 347639 (Disney)
Entries are limited to one (1) Entry per person/Cell/Address for each day during the Entry Period, regardless of method of Entry or whether one person has more than one Cell/Address or more than one person use the same Cell/Address. Maximum of 57 Entries allowed per person/Cell/Address during the Entry Period.
PRIZES: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: a three (3) day / two (2) night trip for winner and three (3) guests (individually, "Guest") (collectively, "Group") to San Francisco, California ("City"), for a private tour of the Pixar Studios ("Tour") on Sponsor-selected dates ("Trip"), consisting of the following elements: (1) hotel accommodations (one standard room/quad occupancy, including room tax) for two (2) nights; (2) if winner's residence is located more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near winner's residence ("airport of origin") and a Sponsor-selected major airport in or near the City; but if winner's residence is located two hundred fifty (250) miles or less from the City, then round-trip ground transportation via a Sponsor-selected method between winners' residence and the hotel; (3) airport/hotel transfers if travel by air; (4) Tour including a "behind the scenes" making of Pixar Rush, (5) an opportunity to meet the game developer of Pixar Rush Game ("Talent") subject to availability ("Meet and Greet"); (6) the opportunity to play Xbox 360 with Kinect with Christina Grimmie who will play remotely (subject to availability); (7)hotel/Meet and Greet transfers; (8) one (1)Xbox 360 4GBconsole with Kinect (for winner only), and (9) one (1) set of video games (for winner only) includes: (a) Kinect Rush: A Disney Pixar Adventure, and (b) Kinect Disneyland Adventures.
