Kohl’s Authentic Icon Sweepstakes ~ 5/4/12

Sweepstakes begins on or about 12:00 a.m. CT on April 20, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on May 4, 2012.

Open only to legal residents of the 50 U.S., including DC, 18 years of age or older.

Maximum of one entry per person/per day (12:00 a.m. CT – 11:59 p.m. CT) allowed during Sweepstakes Period.

First Prize (50 winners): Each First Prize winner will receive a $100 Kohl’s gift card (subject to terms and conditions indicated thereon).

Grand Prize (4 winners): Grand Prize winner will receive a 6-day/5-night trip for winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles to attend the tapings of the first half and second half of the finale episode of Season 11 of American Idol on 5/22/12 and 5/23/2012. Trip includes the following:
- two (2) round trip economy-class tickets from the major airport close to winner’s residence to Los Angeles, CA (airport of departure to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion);
- a five night (5) night stay in one (1) standard hotel room (double occupancy; hotel being of Sponsor’s sole choosing);
- round-trip ground transportation between Los Angeles, CA area airport, hotel and taping of Show;
- a $500 Kohl’s Gift Card (subject to terms/conditions indicated thereon);
- $1,000 spending cash;
- two (2) tickets per Show.

Total Approximate Retail Value of each Grand Prize: $5,250.00. If winner lives within 150 miles of the Los Angeles area (as determined by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion) he/she will receive, in lieu of air transportation, round-trip ground transportation between winner’s residence and hotel. Winner must be able to attend Show tapings scheduled to take place on Tuesday, 5/22/12 and Wednesday, 5/23/12; if winner is not available for Show tapings on such date for any reason, he/she will be disqualified, will forfeit Grand Prize without compensation of any kind and an alternate winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, provided sufficient time remains prior to the Show taping. Show tapings are subject to, and Sponsor is not responsible for, changes to production schedule, production exigencies or delays, postponements or cancellation of the Show. Winner and guest must comply with the Show’s rules and regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, winner must follow any and all instructions of Producer during tapings of Show, and not engage in any conduct in violation of the broadcast standards of Fox. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize. In the event the Grand Prize winner is able to participate in the Trip, but the Show tapings do not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, location changes, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, then Sponsor reserves the right to award the remainder of the Grand Prize with no further obligation to the winner.

Total ARV of all prizes: $26,000. Maximum of one (1) Grand Prize and one (1) First Prize per person/family/household.
