Open only to permanent, legal United States ("U.S.") residents physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) U.S. or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older
Limit of one (1) Entry per person per day, regardless of method of Entry, for a maximum of eighty-four (84) Entries during the Sweepstakes Period.
GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) grand prize ("Grand Prize") awarded to the Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize will consist of a two (2) night/three (3) day trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest ("Guest") to a yet to be determined destination city in the United States (the "Destination") to meet Sarah Shahi, the actress currently starring in USA's "Fairly Legal" (the "Trip"). Trip will include, subject to Sponsor's sole discretion: 1) round-trip, commercial economy-class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from a major airport near the Grand Prize Winner's residence to a major airport in or near the Destination ("Destination Airport"); 2) hotel accommodations (standard room/double occupancy) for wo (2) nights in or near the Destination (the "Hotel"); 3) ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from Destination Airport to and from Hotel; 3) 4) a one (1) hour meet and great with "Fairly Legal" star Sarah Shahi ("Meet and Greet"); and 5) a five hundred dollar ($500) gift card for Grand Prize Winner. The estimated retail value ("ERV") of Grand Prize is four thousand nine hundred and ninety nine dollars ($4,999).
