Zappos.com Chinese Laundry / Miss USA Sweepstakes ~ 4/30/12 (Facebook)
Sweepstakes begins at 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on April 23, 2012 and ends at 6:00 p.m. PT on April 30, 2012.
Open to natural persons who are legal residents of and physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and all oversees military installations) and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age as of April 23, 2012.

Limit one (1) entry per person.
One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for 2 to Las Vegas, Nevada to attend the Miss USA Pageant consisting of:
(1) round trip economy class air transportation for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest to Las Vegas, Nevada departing from the major airport, in Sweepstakes Entities’ sole discretion, nearest to Grand Prize winner’s residence;
(2) two (2) nights hotel accommodation for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest (single room, double occupancy) at a hotel to be selected in Sweepstakes Entities’ sole discretion;
(3) two (2) VIP tickets to the Miss USA 2012 Pageant on June 3, 2012;
(4) two (2) VIP tickets to the Miss USA show after-party (21 and over only); and
(5) access to the Miss USA rehearsal on June 2, 2012.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $2,200.00. The Grand Prize will be fulfilled by Chinese Laundry. If you are selected as the potential Grand Prize Winner, Chinese Laundry will use the information you submit to fulfill the Grand Prize. The Miss USA Pageant is scheduled to take place on June 3, 2012 and the Grand Prize winner and guest must be able to travel to Las Vegas to attend on that date or the Grand Prize will be forfeited. If the Miss USA Pageant is canceled or postponed, for any reason, the entry to the Pageant events will be forfeited and no other or additional compensation will be awarded. If the Grand Prize Winner and/or guest are not 21 years of age as of June 3, 2012, the two (2) after-party tickets will be forfeited and no other or additional compensation will be awarded. Ground transportation may be substituted for the airfare portion of the trip if the Winner resides sufficiently close to Las Vegas, Nevada that air transportation is deemed unnecessary in the sole discretion of Sweepstakes Entities. All travel will be booked by Chinese Laundry. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, lodging or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations necessitated by same. All travel dates are subject to change in Sweepstakes Entities’ sole discretion. Winner and guest will be required to travel together on the same itinerary. Winner and guest are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sweepstakes Entities have not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. The Winner may be required to provide a credit card at the time of hotel check-in. Guest traveling with the Winner must be at time of Grand Prize fulfillment the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which he or she resides. If the Winner is not the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which he or she resides, he or she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, and such person must pay his/her own expenses unless deemed to be the allotted guest. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight or performance, or Winner and/or his/her guest’s failure to attend the pageant. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize that it deems, in its sole discretion, of equal or greater value. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by Sweepstakes Entities’ airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract.
