Timing: begins on April 22, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on May 22, 2012 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET
Limit: Each entrant may enter one (1) time per day by any method or combination of methods of entry during the Promotion Period.
Eligibility: open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old and a licensed driver

Prizes:
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: An all-new 2012 Ford Focus. Prize will be awarded in the form of a voucher. Sponsor will determine all features of automobile including but not limited to color of exterior and interior, and all other features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by delivery dealer and paid for by winner. Winner must be a licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of insurance at time of delivery. Winner is responsible for title, license, registration, dealer preparation costs, auto insurance and other fees associated with prize. Winner must take delivery of prize from the automobile dealership designated by Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $24,000.
TWO (2) FIRST PRIZES: Kmart Shopping Spree fulfilled as a $500 Kmart gift card.
FIVE (5) SECOND PRIZES: A Year's worth of U by Kotex® products fulfilled as a $120 Kmart gift card.
TEN (10) THIRD PRIZES: $50 Kmart gift card.
