GRAND PRIZES (320 total, 20 per Entry Period): Each Grand Prize winner will receive an Ultimate Party Pack consisting of five (5) Pepsi coupons (each good for one [1] free Pepsi 2 Liter product up to $1.89); five (5) Frito-Lay coupons (each good for one [1] free Frito-Lay product up to $4.29) one (1) $250.00 Apple Store gift card; one (1) $15.00 iTunes gift card; one (1) $50.00 L.L. Bean gift card; one (1) Rock Your Summer branded tote bag. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $355.90 each.
FIRST PRIZES (160 total; 10 per Entry Period): A Weber Grill. ARV: $124.00 each.
SECOND PRIZES (400 total; 25 per Entry Period): $100.00 L.L. Bean gift card. ARV: $100.00 each.
THIRD PRIZES (240 total; 15 per Entry Period): $100.00 StubHub gift certificate. ARV: $100.00 each.
FOURTH PRIZES (240 total; 15 per Entry Period): $100.00 MLB.com gift card. ARV: $100.00 each.
For each Entry Period, twenty (20) Grand Prize winners; ten (10) First Prize winners; twenty-five (25) Second Prize winners; fifteen (15) Third Prize winners; and fifteen (15) Fourth Prize winners will be selected on or about the corresponding Drawing Date (as stated in Rule 3) from among all eligible entries received prior to that Entry Period's End Date. Entries will carry forward to subsequent Entry Period Drawings, if any. All drawings will be conducted by the judges.
FIVE WAYS TO ENTER:
(a) E-mail from your cellular phone: Use your camera phone to take a photograph of any participating Pepsi AND Frito-Lay products together with product logos fully visible and e-mail it to [email protected]. See Rule 2 below for the list of participating Pepsi and Frito-Lay products. (b) MMS from your cellular phone: Use your camera phone to take a photograph of any participating Pepsi AND Frito-Lay products together with product logos fully visible and MMS it to [email protected]. Participants must have a mobile phone with a camera feature and data plan or data capability to enter via this method; and may incur a standard data and messaging charge from their wireless service provider for each message sent or received. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and other applicable charges. Entry by MMS constitutes your agreement to receive the bounce-back text messages and, if applicable, text messages and/or calls for prize notification. (c) E-mail from your computer: Use your digital camera or camera phone to take a photograph of any participating Pepsi AND Frito-Lay product together with product logos fully visible and upload the photo on your computer and send it as a jpeg file, less than 1MB in size to [email protected]. (d) Upload from your computer: Use your webcam to take a photograph or upload a photo of any participating Pepsi AND Frito-Lay product together with product logos fully visible on your computer and upload it as a .jpeg file, less than 1MB in size on www.PepsiRocksN

All Frito-Lay products including chips, dips, salsa, nuts, seeds, popcorn, pretzels, cheese snacks, jerky, pork skins and meat snacks, snack mixes, crackers and Grandma's cookies.
ENTRY PERIODS: The Promotion Period (as defined in Rule 1) is divided into sixteen (16) weekly entry periods (each an "Entry Period") as defined below. Each Entry Period starts at 12:00:00 a.m. (midnight) ET and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET with the exception of the first Entry Period which will begin at 12:00:01 p.m. (noon) ET and end at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.
For each Entry Period, a random drawing will be conducted to select twenty (20) Grand Prize winners; ten (10) First Prize winners; twenty-five (25) Second Prize winners; fifteen (15) Third Prize winners; and fifteen (15) Fourth Prize winners.

Site didn't close, just the portal Pepsi was using. Assume they reissue codes for base site.

Today I received a new code that replaces all the individual codes, valid through the end of the year at their "general" storefront (not branded to any particular company). Kudos to them for making things right.
