PEPSI - Rock Your Summer Promotion ends 8/31/12

So call 1-888 #, rep told me to email a list of all my codes...but I have 79 of them, and all in separate emails. Think she was just trying to get me not to bother. So that takes me like half an hour. No response to that email at all so far. Guessing I will end up having to call them and resend it a bunch of times. So frustrating.

I'm basically in the same boat as you with a less friendly CSR. I called and the rep I got told me, "you're out of luck - you should have used yoru 52 codes while the store was still open or at least contacted us when we could have done something. The store is closed and there is nothing we can do now." After some arguing, he's going to "forward my info on" whatever that means, but I doubt anything is going to happen with it. This promo ended up being a huge waste of time and a giant hassle in general for me. Really bad taste left in my mouth with this Pepsi/Lays promo - not unlike their products

Got call back today from Pepsi, they are going to send me 79 NEW codes. Just wanted to say Pepsi/Young-America are following through, so props to them on that. I'm not afraid to give credit where it is due. Supposed to get the new codes sometime next week. Even called me on a weekend so bonus points for that.

LOL - the music redemption site now says "The Music store closed on October 1, 2012 12:00AM EDT"

Yeah, sure it closed at midnight!

How are you going to redeem your new codes if the redemption site is closed?

Site didn't close, just the portal Pepsi was using. Assume they reissue codes for base site.

Oh, ok. Well, report back if it all works out .. I have about 40 codes, but been too lazy to pursue.

I sent a request for assistance on 9/29 to Hip Digital (link to the contact us page [hipdigitalmedia.com]), the company that runs the music download fulfillment site for these promos. They responded on Thursday and asked for the codes I couldn't use.

Today I received a new code that replaces all the individual codes, valid through the end of the year at their "general" storefront (not branded to any particular company). Kudos to them for making things right.
