Sweepstakes starts at 12:01 AM ET on Tuesday, April 24, 2012 and ends 12:00:00 PM ET on Monday April 30, 2012.
Open only to individuals who (i) are members of the Rockstar Games Social Club (ii) have submitted an online entry form on the page http://socialclub.rock
Entrants must be (i) legal residents of the 50 United States, Austria, Belgium, Canada (excluding Quebec), Denmark, Finland, Germany, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Ukraine or the United Kingdom, and (ii) either (a) 17 years of age on date of entry if a resident of the United States or (b) eighteen years of age on the date of entry for all other countries. United States entrants who are minors must have permission from their parents or legal guardians in order to participate.
Only one (1) entry per person per Sweepstake Period.
Six prizes will be awarded. The potential winners for each prize will be randomly drawn from all valid eligible entries received as of 12:00:00 PM ET on Monday April 30, 2012. The drawings will take place on or about Tuesday May 1, 2012. The potential winners will be notified by email on or about Tuesday May 1, 2012.
There are five prizes and one grand prize.
The five (5) prizes consist of Max Payne 3 prize packs, approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each prize pack is US $55/€42 (excluding Value Added Tax ("VAT").
One grand prize will consist of a custom third generation iPad, ARV US $1,750/€1,333 (excluding VAT).
