21+, contiguous US, one entry per person/email address. Ends May 6, 2012 @ 11:59pm CT
Prize: (1 winner) 4-day/3-night trip for two to attend Bayou Country Superfest in Baton Rouge, Louisiana May 26 - 27, 2012. The trip includes a check in the amount of $1,200 to use towards travel; 3-nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy); two 2-day front row passes to Bayou Country Superfest; and the chance to join Big D and Bubba on stage to greet the audience (ARV $2,500)
Travel will take place May 25 - May 28, 2012 and is based on travel restrictions and blackout dates. If a winner is unavailable for travel by the designated date, the winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor reserves the right to select another winner in its sole discretion and if time permits. Winner and guest are responsible for all necessary travel authorizations such as passports, visas, and/or government identification and for any travel insurance. Final prize value may vary depending upon departure location, travel dates, time of travel, and other factors. Meals and beverages, service charges, incidentals, gratuities, phone calls, luggage fees, travel insurance, seating upgrades, airport and travel taxes, and any and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. If, for any reason, the Festival and/or Introduction is postponed or canceled, the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible and the trip will be awarded without the Festival and/or Introduction on the same itinerary. The Prize Provider reserves the right to substitute any portion of these prizes, including travel dates and destination, for a prize of equal or greater value. No transfer, assignment, change of the prize, or cash substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, the Sponsor reserves the right to determine an alternate winner, in its sole discretion. Unclaimed prize(s) will not be awarded. Other restrictions may apply. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner
Individuals who have won a prize from Premiere Radio Networks or Big D & Bubba within one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the start date of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win.
