Grand Prize: (1 winner) 3-night all-inclusive stay for two at Breezes Bahamas resort, including all meals, beverages and a Native's Touch Massage, and a $600 check (ARV $2,100)
Actual value of prize may vary based on point of departure. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Sponsor reserves right to change dates. Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18), unless the child or legal ward of winner and must sign a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. If guest is child or legal ward of winner, winner must sign and return release on behalf of such child or legal ward. Certain blackout dates and travel restrictions may apply. All federal, state and local taxes and all other costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including ground and air transportation, additional meals, souvenirs, luggage fees, and gratuities are the sole responsibility of the winners. Released Parties (as defined below) disclaim all and any liability for the actual provision, quality or nature of any third-party product or service accepted by winner. The awarding of any prize is contingent upon full compliance with these Official Rules.
Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided.
