Promotion begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on 5/1/12 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 5/31/12.

Open only to permanent legal residents of the United States who are currently residing in the fifty (50) U.S. (including DC), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, as of the date of their participation.

Once you have accessed the Promotion Application, follow the on-screen prompts to select your preferred platform to connect to the Promotion Application by either Signing In With Foursquare or Connecting With Facebook, and then opting-in/allowing PlacePunch to monitor, integrate, and provide Sponsor information relating to your applicable location based social media network check-ins.

You are only permitted to participate through one (1) of the above two (2) Location Based Social Networks, not both.

To participate, during the Promotion Period, login to your Facebook or Foursquare account and follow the links and instructions to check-in to a participating U.S. Domestic Baskin-Robbins Location for which Sponsor has provided PlacePunch the coordinates to [hereinafter each a BR Location, of which there are approximately 2,500 BR Locations participating]. You can visit http://www.baskinrobbins.com/Stor...fas_000065 to access the BR Store Locator. In order to successfully check-in to a BR Location, you must be in or immediately adjacent to the BR Location's perimeter [as determined by the Location Based Social Network(s), at their sole discretion].

There is a limit of three (3) check-ins total, per person, per day, regardless of BR Location and regardless of Location Based Social Network utilized. Further, for this participation method, there is a limit of one (1) check-in per hour, per person, regardless of BR Location and regardless of Location Based Social Network utilized.

Ticket prizes must be used on date(s) specified by Sponsor or on ticket, or prize will be forfeited. Winners receiving a pair of tickets to see MIB3 as their prize (or a part thereof) will each receive one (1) Hollywood Movie Money® Certificate redeemable for two (2) movie tickets with a maximum value of Twenty Six Dollars Total ($26.00) to see Men In Black III at participating theaters. Winners will be directed to the website http://www.activaterewards.com/baskinrobbins to where they will use the provided reward code to activate and print their Hollywood Movie Money® Certificate. The reward code will expire on 07/31/2012. The Hollywood Movie Money® Certificate will expire on 07/31/12 and winner must comply with all of its terms and conditions specified by the issuer. Hollywood Movie Money® Certificate(s) not used by the date noted on the certificate(s) will be void.

One (1) trip for the Instant Prize winner and a guest to New York City, NY to attend the MIB3 Movie Premiere on 5/23/12. The trip package includes: (a) two (2) JetBlue Airways Round-Trip Travel Certificates (terms and conditions detailed below); (b) two (2) nights at a Sponsor selected hotel in NYC; (c) two (2) tickets to the MIB3 Movie Premiere; and (d) one (1) check for one thousand dollars ($1,000) for the Instant Prize winner only. / 1 (during the first 15 days of the Promotion Period) / $2,098 / $2,098

The Instant Prize winner of the trip to NYC to attend the MIB3 Movie Premiere, and his/her guest, must be able to travel on the dates that Sponsor and/or Administrator select (currently anticipated to be traveling to NYC on 5/22/12 and traveling home on 5/24/12). Such Instant Prize winner may receive less than fifteen (15) days notice prior to trip departure. If such winner cannot travel on the dates selected by Sponsor and/or Administrator, even if the Instant Prize winner has already accepted the prize via the affidavit and verification process detailed below, such Instant Prize winner will then forfeit the prize, will receive no compensation whatsoever, and Sponsor will award the prize to an alternate Instant Prize winner (if time permits) that will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible check-ins received prior to that Instant Prize winner’s winning time. If for reasons beyond Sponsor’s control, the premiere event is cancelled or rescheduled, if for any reason Sponsor is unable to provide the access detailed herein, or if trip Instant Prize winner or guest is/are not able to travel on the dates specified, those portions of the Instant Prize will be forfeited and Sponsor shall have no further obligation to that Instant Prize winner other than to supply the other elements of that Instant Prize trip package [including the one thousand dollar ($1,000) check], with no additional consideration being awarded. It is the responsibility of the Instant Each Travel Certificate is valid for a one-time use for travel booked and flown within the valid dates shown on the Travel Certificate. (In the event that a Travel Certificate does not include dates of validity, the Certificate shall be good for a one-time use for travel booked and flown within one (1) year of the date of issuance). Travel Certificates may be redeemed only in accordance with the travel restrictions identified on or in connection with the Certificate. If specific flights or departures/destinations are not identified on or in connection with the Travel Certificate, the Certificate may only be redeemed for flights operated by JetBlue to/from JetBlue cities. Travel Certificates may be redeemed only by calling 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583) and providing the authorization number and PIN number included on the Certificate. Travel Certificates may not be redeemed at airport ticket counters or online.

The total ARV of all prizes awarded in this Promotion is sixteen thousand seven hundred and eighteen dollars ($16,718) . There is a limit of one (1) type of Instant Prize per person, throughout the Promotion Period.

In the event there is not enough check-ins, and therefore not enough Instant Win Game plays to award all Instant Prizes, any remaining Instant Prizes will be awarded via a Second Chance random drawing. The Second Chance random drawing, if necessary, will be performed on or about 6/25/12, and will award any forfeited or un-awarded Instant Prizes from all eligible check-ins received.
