Timing: begins on April 30, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on May 13, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET

Eligibility: open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States (excl. Hawaii and Alaska) and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old

Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE is a trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, CA for the 2012 American Idol finale. Trip package consists of: round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA (or, in Sponsor's sole discretion $500 in lieu of air travel if winner lives within a two hundred (200) mile radius to Los Angeles, CA); two (2) nights' accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy, room & tax only); ground transportation to and from airport (if applicable)and hotel, and hotel and event venue; two (2) tickets of the 2012 American Idol finale (currently scheduled for May 23, 2012) (the "Event"); and $250 awarded as a gift card (terms and conditions apply).
