Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 p.m. ET on 5/1/12 and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET on 4/30/13 (the "Promotion Period"). There will be fifty-two (52) Weekly Sweepstakes and twelve (12) Monthly Sweepstakes held during the Promotion Period.
Open to all legal residents currently residing in the 50 United States (including D.C.) who have Internet access and are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Two ways to enter:
"Like" the Five Star Facebook page, enter through the Gear Giveaway tab - https://www.facebook.co

Scan the QR code with your smartphone (FiveStarSweeps.mobi) and follow the on-screen instructions to register and enter. QR codes are found on Five Star® displays at your local retailer. Data rates may apply to mobile entry.
You may submit a maximum of one (1) entry during the entire Promotion Period. Your entry will be eligible for the Weekly Sweepstakes corresponding to the Weekly Entry Period in which your entry was made, as well the Monthly Sweepstakes corresponding to the calendar month in which the entry was submitted. Your entry will also be eligible for all subsequent Weekly and Monthly Sweepstakes drawings.
Weekly Prizes:
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Weekly Prize: $31.79. TOTAL ARV OF ALL WEEKLY PRIZES: $8,265.40.
Monthly Prizes:
TOTAL ARV OF ALL MONTHLY PRIZES: $6,055.81.
