Sweepstakes begins on or about 12:00:01 am Eastern Time ("ET") on April 24, 2012 and ends 11:59:59 pm ET on May 20, 2012.
Open only to legal residents of the 48 Contiguous United States and Washington, D.C., who are 21 years of age or older and who have a valid e-mail account and Internet access as of the beginning of the Sweepstakes. Void outside of the 48 Contiguous United States, Washington, D.C. and where prohibited by law. Void in Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

[Following the steps above will not result in entry into weekly drawings, just the Grand Prize and First Prize drawings.]
Entry into the Weekly Drawings: You must first enter the Grand Prize and First Prize drawings of the Sweepstakes before you will be able to receive an entry into any Weekly Sweepstakes Drawing. Invite your friends by clicking the "Invite Friends" button on the Thank You page to receive one (1) entry into the applicable Weekly Drawing.
Limit of one (1) entry per day for a maximum of seven (7) entries in each Weekly Drawing regardless of the number of times you enter the Sweepstakes for the Grand Prize and First Prize drawing, the number of Facebook Pages you use to participate in the Sweepstakes or the number of persons whom you invite during a given Weekly Sweepstakes Period.
Grand Prize (1 winner): Grand Prize winner will receive a 5-day/4-night trip from June 14, 2012 to June 18, 2012 for winner and one (1) guest to attend the 2012 Food & Wine Classic in Aspen. Trip includes:
- two (2) round trip economy-class air travel for winner and one (1) guest between the major U.S. gateway airport near winner's home (airport to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and Aspen, CO area airport (airport to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion);
- four (4) nights' hotel accommodations (one standard room, double occupancy) at an Aspen, CO area hotel (hotel to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion);
- round-trip ground transportation to and from Aspen, CO area airport and hotel;
- two (2) passes to the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen; and
- $1,000.00 cash or cash equivalent for trip (i.e. gift card, with the issuer gift card being determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion).
- Grand Prize winner will also receive $2,000.00 to be used towards any taxes associated with receiving the prize.
Total ARV of Grand Prize: $15,000.00.
If Grand Prize winner does not have a guest accompany him/her on the Trip, the prize will otherwise be awarded in increments appropriate for one (1) traveler (i.e., the Grand Prize winner); and, in such event, no substitute prize or additional compensation will be awarded to winner. If the Grand Prize winner lives within approximately a 150 mile radius of Aspen, CO (as determined by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion), in lieu of air transportation, round-trip ground transportation will be provided by Sponsor between Grand Prize winner's residence and hotel, and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel together on specified itinerary, including same departure date, destination and return date or Grand Prize may be forfeited in its entirety. Winner must travel from June 14, 2012 to June 18, 2012; if winner is unavailable at travel dates/times of Sponsor's sole choosing, Grand Prize will be forfeited and Sponsor, Administrator and other Released Parties shall have no liability to such person. Grand Prize winner's guest must be 21 years of age or older and must sign and return a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where legal) prior to issuance of travel documents.
First Prize (2 winners): Each First Prize winner will receive one (1) 15.6" Dell™ Inspiron Notebook. ARV of each First Prize: $749.00.
Weekly Prizes (4 winners, 1 per Weekly Sweepstakes Period): Each Weekly Prize winner will receive one KitchenAid® (1) 13 Cup 3-in-1 Wide Mouth Food Processor. ARV of each Weekly Prize: $183.80.
ARV of all Prizes: $17,233.20. Limit of one (1) Weekly Prize and Grand Prize or First Prize per person/immediate family/household, regardless of the number of email addresses or accounts a person may have.
