open to legal permanent U.S. residents residing in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (the "Entrant").
Limit of one (1) Entry per person, during the Sweepstakes Period.
DRAWING # 1 will be held on April 1, 2012:
One (1) Prize Winner and a Guest will have their choice of attending one of these two exciting events. Both Prize Winner and their Guest must attend the same event.
1 - Rally on the Rocks,Moab, UT, May 16 – 19, 2012 PRIZE INCLUDES: Roundtrip Airfare, Hotel Accommodations, Rally Admission and the use of a KYMCO UXV 500i for two.

2 - IZOD IndyCar Series Race,Indianapolis, IN, May 25 - 27, 2012 PRIZE INCLUDES: Roundtrip Airfare, Hotel Accommodations & Race Tickets for two.

DRAWING # 2 will be held on September 1, 2012:
One (1) Prize Winner and a Guest will have their choice of attending one of these two exciting events.
Both Prize Winner and their Guest must attend the same event.

1 - Chase for the Sprint Cup at Charlotte Motor Speedway,Charlotte, NC, October 13, 2012 PRIZE INCLUDES: Roundtrip Airfare, Hotel Accommodations & Race Tickets for two.
2 - Las Vegas NHRA Nationals,Las Vegas, NV, October 27 - 28, 2012 PRIZE INCLUDES: Roundtrip Airfare, Hotel Accommodations & Race Tickets for two.

DRAWING # 3 will be held on November 15, 2012:
Two (2) Prize Winners will receive their choice of either a KYMCO Super 8 150 or a KYMCO MXU 150.
Prize winners must accept delivery of vehicles at a dealership to be determined by Sponsor within 30 days of notification that dealership has received vehicle. Prize winners are required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations including, but not limited to licensing and insurance requirements.
Approximate Prize Value ($6,000)
Total value of all prizes ($19,000).
Potential prize winners will be notified by email or phone starting on each of the three drawing dates; Drawing #1- April 1, 2012, Drawing #2- September 1, 2012 and Drawing #3- November 15, 2012 and will have five (5) business days to respond.
