Mello Yello One Track Find Music Competition and Sweepstakes (FB)

Eligibility: The Contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (or the District of Columbia) who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry, who did not purchase any equipment for purposes of entering the Contest and who, individually or as a member of a band, is not exclusively contracted with a record label, unless record label representative has approved participation in this Contest. Each member of a participating band must meet these criteria. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 U.S. (or D.C.) who are at least 13 years old at the time of entry.

Timing: The Promotion begins on March 13, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on September 15, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period").

The Contest: During the Submission Phase, visit http://www.facebook.com/melloyello and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form, including a valid home address and providing the full names and email addresses of each member of your band. P.O. Boxes are not permitted.

Sweepstakes: Sponsor's decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and selection of potential Sweepstakes winner are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winners from Voting Phase #1 from all eligible entries received on or around July 9, 2012 and the potential Sweepstakes winners from Voting Phase #2 from all eligible entries received on or around September 17, 2012 and will notify each potential winner by mail, email or phone at that time. Non-winning entries from Voting Phase #1 will not carry over into the drawing for Voting Phase #2
