Sweepstakes begins at 6 A.M. Pacific Standard Time May 3, 2012 and entries may be made until 11:59 P.M. Pacific Standard Time May 31, 2012.
Open to individuals who are legal residents of the fifty states of the U.S. and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older.
"Like" the m5 Networks Facebook page, enter through the m5 New iPad Sweepstakes tab - https://www.facebook.co
If a user specifies a user who referred him or her to the Sweepstakes "Referrer" by writing the name of the Referrer in the referrer field of the entry form, the Referrer will receive one (1) entry "Referrer Entry" in the Sweepstakes. Only users who have entered in the Sweepstakes are eligible for a Referrer Entry.
Each entrant may submit only one Entry during the Entry Period. Each entrant may receive more than one Referrer Entries.
Two (2) Prizes will be awarded. The Prize consists of one New Apple iPad valued at less than $600. A second New Apple iPad will be awarded to a valid referral entry.
