Prize: (1 winner) Trip to the Fairmont Mayakoba Resort, Riviera Maya; travel stipend of $400 per person in lieu of airfare; 4-night stay for two in a Signature Casita Room, including food and beverages as per the Appetite for Luxury Meal Plan (breakfast, lunch and dinner included at La Laguna and Las Brisas, beach and pool service.) Beverages included in those same outlets to be selected from the Call Bar brand menu, some restrictions apply; two 60-minute spa treatments at Willow Stream Spa; and One on-property boat tour and bird-watching tour. ARV $4,000)
Trip is valid June 1, 2012 – May 31, 2013
Prizes are non-transferable. No cash redemption or substitution, except that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change or replace prizes at any time with prizes of greater or comparable value. All meals, ground transportation, gratuities, service charges, and any other expenses not specified herein are the responsibility of the winner. The value of prizes may be taxable as income. Prize winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes that become due. For prizes valued at six hundred dollars ($600) or more, prize winners must provide a social security number for 1099/income tax filing purposes prior to the awarding of the prize. All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received
Individuals who have won a prize from Dial Global or Radio Lia within 180 days prior to May 11th, 2012 are NOT eligible.
