Sweepstakes begins at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("E.T.") on May 1, 2012, and ends at 11:59 p.m. E.T. on June 29, 2012.

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older.

BONUS ENTRY: After submitting the entry form, you will be presented the opportunity to invite friends to enter the Sweepstakes following the instructions to share information regarding the Sweepstakes with others. You will earn one (1) automatic bonus entry for every five (5) of your eligible Facebook friends who enter the Sweepstakes.

LIMIT: One (1) entry per person with a valid Facebook account. There is no limit to the number of bonus entries you may earn.

PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive a two (2) day/one (1) night trip prize package for two (2) to Des Moines, Iowa, consisting of a behind-the-scenes tour at Sponsor’s headquarters that includes:
Tour of the private Sponsor’s photography studios to see a photo shoot in action
Visit the prop rooms used by Better Homes and Gardens (“BHG”) stylists to create that BHG look
See the magazine production room where magazine issues are laid out
Visit the famous Test Kitchen and pantry where all published recipes are tested
Meet BHG editors, stylists and designers
Enjoy a private meal in the Test Kitchen Showcase Dining room
Experience a room makeover consultation with a Better Homes and Gardens designer or stylist (winner must bring photos and dimensions of one (1) room they want to redo to the consultation) (Approximate Retail Value, “ARV” $500)

$2,500 check to be used for roundtrip coach air transportation from major airport nearest winner’s home to Des Moines, Iowa, and one (1) night hotel accommodations (one standard room/double occupancy).

$1,000 check which may be used for a room makeover.

Total ARV of trip prize package: $4,000. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with the prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If winner resides within a 100-mile radius of destination, a check will be provided to cover ground transportation instead of air transportation. Since actual value varies based on point of departure, any difference between the stated value and the actual value will not be awarded. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor and travel must be completed by December 31, 2012 or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18), and must sign a liability/publicity release prior to travel.
