Game begins at 12:00 pm Pacific Time ("PST") on May 3, 2012 and ends at 11:59 pm PST on July 1, 2012.
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

Follow the onscreen instructions to submit a freezer-friendly recipe or share a meal-planning or freezer tip, then register and play the instant win game. Recipe or tip will not be judged, but is required in order to play.
Limit of one (1) game play per Facebook user ID/person per day for the duration of the Game Period.
Twenty (20) Grand Prizes: a $100 Visa gift card. ARV: $100.
One hundred (100) First Prizes: Tyson free product coupon redeemable for any Tyson product up to a value of $10. ARV: $10.
Five hundred (500) Second Prizes: Glad FreezerWare free product coupon redeemable for any Glad FreezerWare product up to a value of $3.99. ARV: $3.99.
Total ARV of all prizes is $4,995. Limit one (1) prize per Facebook user ID/person.
