Timing: The Promotion begins at 12:01 am Central Time (“CT”) on May 2, 2012 and ends at 11:59 pm CT on May 30, 2012 (the “Promotion Period”).
Eligibility: Promotion is open only to legal adult residents of the 50 United States (including District of Columbia) and of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are of the age of majority in their state or province of residence at the time of entry.
Limit: Limit one entry per person/per baby.
How To Enter: Access the Promotion by clicking the Photo Contest link on the J.R. Watkins Natural Products Facebook page, www.facebook.com/JRWNaturals. You must “like” the J.R. Watkins Natural Products page in order to access the application. Follow the on-screen instructions to upload your baby’s photo and complete the online entry form as indicated with your first and last name, complete mailing address and email address. Once the form is complete, click the “Submit” button to enter the Promotion. You will be required to accept the official rules prior to submitting your entry (which you will have the opportunity to review). Each submitted photo must meet the following requirements and any photo that, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, violates the following criteria will be disqualified:
•Images with large dimensions will be proportionally resized down to 400px width.
•Photo must NOT contain material which is (or promoting activities which are) obscene, pornographic, violent, discriminatory (based on race, sex, religion, natural origin, physical disability, sexual orientation or age), illegal (e.g. underage drinking, substance abuse, computer hacking, etc.), offensive, threatening, profane, or harassing, or material that contains any derogatory references to Sponsor or any third parties, or any material Sponsor deems in its sole discretion to be inappropriate;
•Photo must not contain any inappropriate (in the sole discretion of Sponsor) clothing or adornment;
•Photo must not contain the last name, phone number(s), address, or email address of any person, including the entrant
•Photo must not contain or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, “commercial pitch,” promotional materials, junk mail, spam, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation;
•Photo must not contain or transmit any materials that contain software viruses or other computer code, files or programs designed to impair, limit, interfere with or cause harm to any communications network;
•Photo must be a personal photo of the entrant’s own child and specifically must NOT include any famous or notable entity or person(s) whether living or deceased, or images of any creative works of a third party;
•Photo must NOT include third party names, brand names, trademarks, logos, insignia, location signage, photographs, artwork, or sculpture, except for those belonging to Sponsor;
•Photo should not include images of persons other than the entrant, regardless, any prize awarded will be awarded ONLY to the entrant.
Winner Selection: The two (2) potential Grand Prize winners will be determined by the number of valid votes for each entry received during the Promotion Period. Consumers will be allowed to vote on their favorite photo entries at the J.R. Watkins Natural Products Facebook page after they “Like” the page. The 2 photos with the most votes received during the Promotion Period will be the potential Grand Prize winners.
Prizes: Grand Prize- Two (2) J.R. Watkins Baby Care Gift Baskets each filled with the following products and mailed by Sponsor to winner: J.R. Watkins Baby Oil, Baby Lotion, Baby Wash, Soothing Baby Balm, and Fragrance Free Liquid Laundry Detergent; set of six (6) Chickaboo Baby Modern Cloth Diapers (ARV: $185.00).
Weekly Prizes- Four (4) J.R. Watkins Soothing Baby Balms (ARV: $8.00).
Limit one weekly prize per person. The four (4) potential weekly winners will be selected by random drawing from valid entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. A random drawing will be held on or about each of the following days to choose the four weekly winners: May 9, 2012, May 16, 2012, May 23, 2012 and May 30, 2012. Winning the weekly prize does not disqualify you from winning a Grand Prize.
