GRAND PRIZE (1): One winner and a guest (guest can be a minor) will be the guests of Sponsor this summer (2012) in London, England. Both the sweepstakes winner and guest must have a valid U.S. passport with at least six (6) months remaining beyond August 9th, 2012 , and must be available to travel on August 4th 2012 (leaving) and August 9th 2012 (returning), departing from John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York City, and landing at Heathrow Airport in London, England. Grand Prize includes five (5) nights hotel stay, in (1) room in or within a 15-mile radius of London, England. Hotel stay is valid for registered winner only, is not transferable and has no monetary resale value. Hotel will be chosen by Idelle Labs, Ltd. in its sole discretion. The sweepstakes winner will be the Honorary Team Captain of the 2012 USA Synchro Team, and, with his/her guest, will accompany Sponsor at predetermined scheduled U.S.A. Synchro Team events this summer in London, and will have limited access through Sponsor to VIP hospitality (Approximate retail value: $8,000). If Grand Prize winner elects to travel without a guest, no additional compensation will be awarded. All other expenses and incidentals not specifically mentioned as being included are excluded and are the Grand Prize winner's sole responsibility including, but not limited to unspecified ground transportation, air transfers, luggage fees, gratuities, phone calls, hotel activities, applicable taxes, souvenirs, gift shop purchases, spa treatments, meals, travel documents, service charges and travel insurance premiums, trip and travel insurance.
