Grand Prize: (1 winner) 5-day/4-night trip for the winner and one companion to the island of Aruba. The trip consists of round trip coach class air transportation for the winner and one companion between the major airport nearest to winner's primary residence and Aruba, a 4-night stay at the Marina Hotel located at Renaissance Aruba Resort & Casino, for the winner and companion (one standard room based on double occupancy) (room rate and taxes only), and ground transportation for the winner and companion between Aruba airport and the hotel. (ARV $3,500). The exact value of the Grand Prize will depend on market conditions at the time of prize fulfillment and where the winner resides. If the winner is a minor under the laws of the jurisdiction in which he or she resides, the companion on the trip must be a parent or legal guardian of the winner. Unless the Grand Prize winner is a parent or legal guardian of the companion, the companion must be of the age of majority in the jurisdiction where he or she resides as of the date travel commences.

All travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor or Sponsor's designee. Travel must be completed within dates specified by Sponsor or the prize will be forfeited. Travel is subject to availability of transportation and accommodations. Blackout dates may apply. The winner and companion must travel together on same itinerary. Grand Prize winner and companion are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. Travel and accommodation restrictions and other restrictions may apply. Sponsor is not responsible for travel delays or cancellations. All federal, state, local taxes on the prize value, if applicable, are the responsibility of the winner. An IRS form 1099 will be issued if required by law. The prizes will be awarded if properly claimed. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of the right to receive any prize is permitted, except in the discretion of Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes consist only of those items expressly specified in the Official Rules. All expenses or costs associated with the acceptance or use of a prize that are not expressly specified in these Official Rules as being part of the prize (including without limitation meals, food and beverages, room service, souvenirs, gratuities and additional transportation) are the responsibility of the winner. Grand Prize winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the estimate made in these Official Rules. Winner and companion are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance), if they desire such insurance, and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Grand Prize winner may be required to provide a credit card at the time of hotel check-in. Once a travel companion is selected, no other companion may be substituted in his or her place, except in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. In the event the Grand Prize winner and/or his or her companion engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor or any prize provider in its or their sole and absolute discretion) is obnoxious, inappropriate, or threatening, unsafe, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip or other applicable experience early.
