Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on March 15, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Daylight Savings Time ("EDT") on June 30, 2012

Sweepstakes entrants and prize recipient must be legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States (excluding CA, TN and UT) or the District of Columbia, at least 21 years old and a licensed driver possessing a valid driver's license at time of entry to be eligible. Void in California, Tennessee, Utah, Puerto Rico, outside the fifty (50) United states and DC, and where otherwise prohibited by law.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize is one (1) base model 2012 Fiat 500 POP FWD. The Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price ("MSRP") of the Grand Prize: $16,000.

Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes, dealership fees, including all title, license, registration, dealer preparation, destination and handling charges, as well as for a vehicle emissions inspection, additional equipment, insurance, gasoline, vehicle maintenance and all other fees and expenses associated with the receipt and use of Grand Prize vehicle. All additional car options and upgrades will be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. At time of award of Vehicle, Grand Prize Winner (i) will assume full ownership of and responsibility for the Vehicle; and (ii) will be required to sign various documents involving the Vehicle. The Grand Prize Winner (or Grand Prize Winner's parent or legal guardian in the case of a minor) must provide proof of valid insurance and a valid U.S. driver's license prior to taking delivery. Any and all guarantees and warranties for the Grand Prize Vehicle are subject to Sponsor's terms and conditions, and the Grand Prize Winner agrees to look solely to the Sponsor for any such warranty or guarantee claim. Grand Prize Winner must take delivery at a dealership designated by the Sponsor within sixty (60) days of winner confirmation. Grand Prize is non-transferable. No substitution, cash redemption, assignment, or transfer of prize permitted but the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the offered prize is unavailable for any reason. Sponsor is not responsible for delays in delivery. The value of the Grand Prize set forth above represents Sponsor's good faith determination of the MSRP thereof and cannot be challenged or appealed. In the event the MSRP of the prize is more than the actual retail value of the prize, the difference will not be awarded in cash or otherwise.
