Limit one entry per person by this method of entry during the entirety of the Promotion.
It looks like entries carry over to subsequent weekly drawings.
PRIZES : There will be one First Prize, one Second Prize one Third Prize Winner and one Fourth Prize Winner for each of the 1st through 35 th Weekly Drawings (a total of thirty-five (35) First Prize, thirty-five (35) Second Prize, thirty-five (35) Third Prize Winners and thirty-five (35) Fourth Prize Winners throughout the duration of the Promotion). There will be one Grand Prize Winner for the Grand Prize Drawing.
Each First Prize Winner will receive a one hundred seventy dollar ($170) gift card to Nike.com which can be used toward a shoe purchase or the purchase of other merchandise at Nike.com (Retail value = $170).
Each Second Prize Winner will receive an eighty dollar ($80) NBA.com gift card which can be used toward a jersey purchase or the purchase of other merchandise at NBA.com (Retail value = $80).
Each Third Prize Winner will receive a thirty dollar ($30) NBA.com gift card which can be used toward a basketball purchase or the purchase of other merchandise at NBA.com (Retail value = $30).
Each Fourth Prize Winner will receive a twelve (12) pack of Carmex lip balm original jars (Retail value = $20).
One Grand Prize Winner Will Participate in the Half-Court Shot Opportunity and will receive the following:
1) a trip to Miami, Florida for Grand Prize Winner and one traveling companion he or she designates ("Guest"), both of whom must travel together. The Grand Prize Package is comprised of the following: round trip coach class flight for Winner and Guest to a major airport selected by Sponsor in or near Miami, Florida ("Destination Airport") from a major airport selected by Sponsor near Winner's U.S. principal home address as of the commencement of this Promotion (the "Home Airport"); two (2) nights double occupancy hotel accommodations at a hotel designated by Sponsor and one thousand dollars ($1000) which may be used for expenses associated with the trip); two (2) tickets to a professional basketball game. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize Package is Four Thousand Dollars ($4000).
2)In addition, the Grand Prize Winner (as Contestant) will have the opportunity to participate in the Half-Court Shot Opportunity. If, but only if, the Contestant makes a Successful Basket (as defined above) during the Half-Court Shot Opportunity, the following additional prize will be awarded: Seventy Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000) paid to Contestant and Seventy Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000) awarded to The LeBron James Family Foundation.
