Prizes:
Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE WINNER will receive: One ten (10) day Mediterranean voyage for one (1) winner and one (1) guest, subject to the following terms and conditions: Cruise must be completed by December 13, 2013 or prize will be forfeited. Cruise will include one (1) Britannia Club Balcony Stateroom (Category AA) with double occupancy accommodations for winner and winner's guest; single seating dining in Britannia Club Restaurant for winner and winner's guest; coach air transportation for winner and winner's guest from a major U.S. commercial airport (as determined by Cunard Line) near to winner's primary residence to International City of Cruise Departure, and from airport of city of cruise disembarkation to the commercial airport near to winner's primary residence (as determined by Cunard Line); and two (2) Royal Spa treatments, for one (1) for winner and one (1) for winner's guest. Winner and winner's guest must cruise on same itinerary. All ground transportation, baggage fees, shore excursions fees, discretionary hotel and dining charges, meals in alternate dining venues, alcoholic beverages, boutique purchases, and any other incidental costs or other expenses not specifically set forth herein are the sole responsibility of winner. All reservations and cruise arrangements including, without limitation, the dates, times, and airline choice are at the sole discretion of Cunard Line. Winner's guest must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of departure unless the companion is the child of winner. Minors must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay, cruise activities, and all other prize-related events) by minor's parent or legal guardian. Winner's guest must (or winner's guest's parent or legal guardian if winner's guest is an eligible minor in his/her state/province of residence) sign and return a cruise/publicity release before any ticketing of cruise occurs. The winner and winner's guest must have all necessary identification and/or cruise documents (including but not limited to a valid passport, visa (if applicable) and all other necessary travel documents) required for Cruise. Travel guests must sign and return a travel release. Winner and travel guest must travel on same itinerary. Winner and guest must meet the current eligibility requirements in order to book passage. Once travel guest is selected, they may not be substituted, except in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Cruise is subject to the terms and conditions of the Cunard Line passage contract, and Sponsor shall cause winner to agree to the Cunard Line passage contract prior to awarding of prize. As set forth in more detail in the passage contract, Cunard Line reserves the right to refuse to embark winner or winner's guest, at any time if, in the sole opinion of Cunard Line, winner or winner's guest, or any minor or other person in winner or winner's guest's care during the cruise, are unfit for any reason for the cruise. Grand Prize winner and winner's guest are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Prize cannot be duplicated, assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, sold, or substituted except by Sponsor, who at its sole discretion, may substitute Winner will also receive one (1) $1,000.00 TravelSmith Gift Card. TravelSmith Gift Cards are redeemable toward purchases online at TravelSmith.com and through the TravelSmith Catalogues. Any costs that exceed the value of the prize awarded are the sole responsibility of the winner and are not included in the prize. Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of prize: $11,253.00 USD. Government Fees & Taxes are not included. Actual value of trip may vary based on selection of selected cruise, point of departure and airfare fluctuations. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of prize will not be awarded to winner.
Instant Win Game Prizes: THREE (3) FIRST PRIZE WINNERS will receive a: $100 TravelSmith gift code. ARV: $300. EIGHTY EIGHT (88) SECOND PRIZE WINNERS will receive a: $25 TravelSmith gift code. ARV: $2,200. ONE HUNDRED (100) THIRD PRIZE WINNERS will receive a: $10 TravelSmith gift code. ARV: $1,000.
