Prize: (1 winner) $2,000 gift card that may be used for transportation to/from Dallas, Texas; voucher for 2-nights' standard hotel accommodations at the Hyatt Regency Dallas (one room, double occupancy); voucher for dinner for two at Five Sixty by Wolfgang Puck restaurant; voucher for dinner for two at Iron Cactus restaurant; two tickets to the Dallas Museum of Art; and two tickets to the Dallas World Aquarium (ARV $2,548)
Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Gift card/vouchers/tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. In the event Sponsor is unable to provide event tickets, no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof; however, remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Travel must be completed by August 31, 2013, or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. Travel is subject to availability. Certain blackout dates and travel restrictions may apply. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18), unless the child or legal ward of winner and must sign a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. If guest is child or legal ward of winner, winner must complete and return release on behalf of such child or legal ward. All federal, state and local taxes and all other costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including transportation to/from Dallas, Texas, additional meals, souvenirs, and gratuities are the sole responsibility of the winner. Released Parties (as defined below) disclaim all and any liability for the actual provision, quality or nature of any third-party product or service accepted by winner. The awarding of any prize is contingent upon full compliance with these Official Rules.
