HOW TO ENTER: The Verizon TV Challenge Sweepstakes ("Promotion") will begin on April 13, 2012 at 9:00 am PT and end on June 15, 2012 at 11:59 pm PT. To enter the sweepstakes an entrant must fill out an entry form at tvchallenge.verizon.com [verizon.com] ("the Website"). Entries must contain complete name, address, and phone number to be eligible. Only one entry form per person. Additional bonus entries may be earned by watching one (1) to four (4) videos that are posted on the Website. After viewing each video an entrant will receive five additional (5) bonus entries, for a maximum of twenty (20) bonus entries. Multiple viewings of the videos will not result in additional bonus entries. An additional five (5) bonus entries may be earned by sharing the experience on either Facebook or Twitter at the prompt on the Website. Entrants may have a maximum of twenty-six (26) entries. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Twitter. You are providing your information to Verizon Services Corp. ("Sponsor") and not to Facebook or Twitter. The information you provide will only be used for the Sweepstakes and consistent with Sponsor's Privacy Policy. WINNER SELECTION: One (1) winner will be drawn from all eligible entries on June 23, 2012, by Sponsor or its designee, the judges in this promotion, whose decision is final. Winners will be selected and notified by phone or email at the discretion of Sponsor. The winners are subject to verification. If a potential winner cannot be reached within twenty-four (24) hours of the initial notification attempt, he or she may be disqualified and the prize awarded to an alternate winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Los Angeles County, Orange County, Ventura County, San Bernardino County, and Riverside County, California who are 21 years of age or older and reside within a Verizon FiOS coverage area. To determine if you reside in an eligible Verizon FiOS coverage area, access the Website and enter your zip code. Employees of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors and advertising, promotion and Internet agencies, their respective agents, officers, and directors are not eligible. PRIZE: One (1) prize will be awarded. The prize consists of a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for the winner and three (3) guests to attend the Ultimate Fighting Championship in Las Vegas as follows:

1. A check for $5,000.00 to the winner (Approximate retail value of $5,000.00)
2. Four (4) round trip coach-class airline tickets between either LAX, Burbank, Long Beach or John Wayne Airports and Las Vegas, Nevada (Approximate retail value of $1,200.00)
3. Ground transportation for four (4) between the Las Vegas airport and a Las Vegas hotel to be determined by Sponsor (Approximate retail value of $300.00)
4. Hotel accommodations for four (4) people arriving July 6, 2012 and departing July 8, 2012 -- two (2) standard rooms, double occupancy - hotel to be determined by Sponsor (Approximate retail value of $1,500.00)
5. Four (4) tickets to the Fan Expo on July 6 and July 7, 2012 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Las Vegas (Approximate retail value of $500.00 for 4 tickets)
6. Four tickets (4) tickets to the Ultimate Fighting Championship fight Cruz vs. Faber to be held on July 7, 2012 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas (Approximate retail value of $1,200.00 for 4 tickets)
7. Dinner for the winner and three (3) guests with Jay Glazer at either a Las Vegas or Los Angeles restaurant to be determined by Sponsor in accordance with Mr. Glazer's availability. Should Mr. Glazer be unavailable for dinner due to unforeseen schedule changes, the winner will receive an additional $800.00 check. (Approximate retail value $800.00)

The total approximate retail value of the prize is $10,500.00. The winner and their guests must travel together on same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. All federal, state, local taxes on the value of each prize, if applicable, are the responsibility of the winner. An IRS form 1099 will be issued in the winner's name if required by law. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of the right to receive any prize is permitted, except in the discretion of Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes consist only of the items expressly specified in these Official Rules. All expenses or costs associated with the acceptance or use of any prize or any component thereof that are not expressly specified in these Official Rules as being part of the prize (including without limitation, meals, incidentals, food and beverages, souvenirs, additional entertainment, gratuities and transportation) are the responsibility of the winner.
GENERAL RULES: By participating in this Sweepstakes, all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final, conclusive and binding in all matters.
