begins June 4, 2012 at 9 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends September 7, 2012 at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time (PT)
open to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age on the date of entry and a legal resident who is physically residing in one of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States
In addition you must submit an essay of no more than Two Thousand (2,000) characters explaining why you deserve to win a Sweepstakes prize (the "Essay").
Limit one (1) entry per person/household per day during the Entry Period
PRIZES:
Daily Prize Winners
Each Daily Prize Winner will receive the following:
Round trip coach airfare for the Daily Prize Winner and one (1) travel guest selected by that Daily Prize Winner from a major U.S. airport nearest the Winner's home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, California departing on the day before the date of the taping of the episode of the Show's "12 Days of Giveaways" selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion after consultation with the Daily Prize Winner and returning the date after the date of the taping;
Hotel accommodations for two (double occupancy room) in Los Angeles for one (1) day/two (2) nights;
Roundtrip ground transportation from the hotel to the Show's studio; and
One (1) ticket for the Daily Prize Winner to attend the Show's "12 Days of Giveaways" taping.
Approximate retail value (ARV) of each Daily Prize: $3,000.00 (ARV may vary depending on departure date and departure location).
Total ARV of all Daily Prizes: $210,000.
Grand Prize Winner
The Grand Prize Winner will receive all of the gifts being awarded during the Show's 2012 "12 Days of Giveaways" promotion. Entrants acknowledge that some of these gifts may include certain limitations as determined by the gifts' donors (ARV: $24,000.00;
Total ARV of the Daily Prizes and the Grand Prize: $234,000.00
