open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
begins on [April 30th, 2012] at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ('EST') and ends on [June 4th, 2012] at 11:59 p.m. EST
one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
rizes:
Sweepstakes will award one (1) Prize to the winner consisting of a five (5) night / six (6) day vacation for family of (4) at [winners choice of Aventura Cove Palace or Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Punta Cana Summer With the Stars Event] including first-class hotel accommodations in one (1) family suite room, all meals, drinks, gratuities, non-motorized water sports and entertainment. (4) Four coach class airline tickets not to exceed a GRAND TOTAL cost of $2,500 that must be booked directly with All Inclusive Collection's travel department when making hotel reservation.
In addition the winner will receive (4) All Star Jam Rehearsal Passes, (4) VIP Backstage Meet and Greet Tickets, VIP Seating To All Events and (4) autograph event commemorative t-shirts.
The vacation must be completed on the winner's choice of June 18 - 23rd, 2012 at Summer With The Stars Aventura Cove Palace OR August 11th - 16th, 2012 at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana, or the winner forfeits the Prize in its entirety.
Approximate Retail Value ('ARV') of the Prize package is $[$4750.00].
