open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia ("Eligibility Area"), EXCLUDING RESIDENTS OF ALASKA AND HAWAII.
Limit one (1) entry per person.
Prizes:
Grand Prize (1): The one (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, California to attend the 2012 MTV Movie Awards (the "Event"). If the Grand Prize Winner cannot travel on dates specified by Sponsor, such Grand Prize Winner will forfeit all rights to the Grand Prize. Sponsor is not responsible if any potential Grand
Prize Winner who is unable or unavailable, for any reason, to accept the Grand Prize in the manner provided herein. The trip will include: (a) roundtrip coach class air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the "Guest")
round trip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest via private sedan between the airport and hotel in Los Angeles, CA, (c) two (2) consecutive nights hotel accommodations at the Sofitel Los Angeles (or similar, as determined by Sponsor) for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be one (1) single, standard room based on
double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included), (d) dinner for two (2) at Simon LA (maximum of $200.00 and not including alcoholic beverages) ending with a "junk food platter", (e) a makeover for Grand Prize Winner and Guest at LMG Studio (consisting of a hair blowout and makeup application for
females and a shave/haircut for males, (f) two (2) tickets to the 2012 MTV Movie Awards, currently scheduled to take place on June 3, 2012, (g) "red carpet experience" at the Event, (h) roundtrip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to/from the Event from/to the hotel, (h) the choice of one of four "bucket list" activities for Grand
Prize and Guest from the following: two hour sunset horseback riding tour and dinner, $600 shopping spree at the Beverly Center, Zero Gravity Experience or indoor kart racing and (i) a Seeking a Friend for the End of the World. Prize Pack consisting of (i) one (1) tote bag, one (1) shot glass, one (1) t-shirt, one (1) keychain, one (1) glow stick
and one (1) lip balm (collectively, the "Grand Prize").("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $4,715.00.
First Prizes (5): Each First Prize Winner will receive a Seeking a Friend for the End of the World Prize Pack consisting of (i) one (1) tote bag, one (1) glass, one (1) t-shirt, one (1) keychain, one (1) glow stick and one (1) lip balm (the "First Prize(s)" and together with the Grand Prize, the "Prizes"). The ARV of each First Prize is $30.00.
The total ARV of all Prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is $4,865.00.
