open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 13 or older as of the Start Date who have completed the Super-Active Superhero Challenge

Limit one entry per person

Selection of Winners. Five (5) grand prize winners, ten (10) second prize winners

Prizes and Odds. Grand prize winners will receive either one (1) Interactive Gaming
System – Xbox gaming system with Kinect OR one (1) Non-Stick Cookware Set –
Calphalon Cookware Set – prize option chosen by winner (estimated retail value:
$300, provided by Produce for Kids). Second prize winners will receive one (1)
SproutTV® merchandise gift basket. Each gift basket includes: (1) Sprout Thermal
Mug, (1) Sprout Star Plush, (1) Chica Plush, (1) Plush from a Sprout show (based
on availability), (1) Mini Plush from a Sprout show (based on availability), (1)
