Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. EDT on May 14, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EDT on October 22, 2012.
Open only to legal residents of the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Local Market prizes are offered in and open only to legal U.S. residents age 18 or older who reside in one of the following Marketing Regions: Cincinnati, Chicago, Milwaukee, Traverse City, Detroit, Columbus, Minneapolis, Boston and Dallas. You need not be present to win.

You may enter only once. A winner may not win more than one prize in the Sweepstakes.
A total of twelve (12) Prizes will be awarded. Ten (10) Local Market Prize Winners will be awarded in each of the radio programs participating markets as outlined in the attached exhibit A and two (2) "National" Grand Prizes for all entries as follows:
Ten (10) Local Market Prizes: One Year Health Club Membership: One (1) winner from each of the ten (10) participating market Metro Areas as designated by Arbitron will receive a one year membership to a local health club. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each local market prize is approximately $2,000. There is a cash option of $1,400 per local market sweepstakes prize.
Two (2) National Grand Prizes: Hot or Cold Cruise: Two (2) winners from all entries will be randomly selected to choose from:
a) Hot Hawaiian Cruise – Trip includes round trip coach airfare for two from an airport near winner's home (determined by sponsor in its sole discretion) to port of call (determined by sponsor in its sole discretion, 7-14 day Hawaiian Island Cruise (determined by sponsor and winner date selections) in a ocean view room minimum.

b) Cold Alaskan Cruise – Trip includes round trip coach airfare for two from an airport near winner's home (determined by sponsor in its sole discretion) to port of call (determined by sponsor in its sole discretion, 7-14 day Alaskan Cruise (determined by sponsor and winner date selections) in a ocean view room minimum.
The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the cruise prize is approximately $5,000 each. There is a cash option of $3,500 per National Sweepstakes prize.
Local Market Prizes must be accepted by November 30th and the Health Club Prizes will be in effect for the 2013 calendar year. Sponsor will determine the Local Health Club in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the closure of Health Club or cancellation of membership for any reason as determined by Health Club policies. Actual value of local market prizes may vary based on area Health Club pricing fluctuations. Winners will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value.
National Cruise winners must travel by December 31, 2013 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Travel must be roundtrip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Sponsor's airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Unless children of winner, travel companions must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. Travel companions must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Sponsor is not responsible if the trip/flight is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor's sole discretion. Actual value of trip prizes may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winners will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Odds of winning a Sweepstakes prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period for each prize pool.
