Entries MUST be received by Thursday, May 31, 2012 to be eligible
One entry per person
open to entrants at least 21 years of age or older,who must be residents of the United States.
Grand Prize includes travel in one (1) Deluxe Outside Stateroom with Veranda, for two
passengers, on The Jazz Cruise departing from Ft. Lauderdale, FL, January 27 - February 3, 2013. Prize package includes all onboard shows, programming and regularly scheduled
meals on the ship. Estimated value $4,300.
Grand Prize package does not include airfare, lodging or ground transportation prior to or
after cruise dates
