Entry -
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Washington, D.C. who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (except in the case of legal residents of certain states where the legal age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years of age, such legal age of majority) at the time of entry.
Promotion begins at 2:00 PM Eastern Time ("ET") on May 14, 2012 and ends upon completion of the final MLB game scheduled to start on Friday, September 28, 2012 ("Promotion Period"). The Promotion Period shall consist of nineteen (19) weekly periods (each a "Weekly Period"). Each Weekly Period begins with the start of first MLB game scheduled to be played on Tuesday and ends upon completion of the final MLB game played on the immediately following Friday; provided, however, that (a) the first Weekly Period shall begin five (5) minutes prior to the scheduled start of the first MLB game scheduled to be played on Tuesday, May 15, 2012; and (b) the 2012 MLB All-Star Game scheduled to be played on Tuesday, July 10, 2012, and MLB games played on Friday, July 13, 2012 shall not be considered for purposes of this Promotion.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, go to
and click on the banners, buttons and/or links to access the online entry form for the Promotion. If you are not already a member of MLB.com, you must become one before you can register to participate in the Contest (membership is free). MLB.com Account registrations must be received by five (5) minutes prior to the scheduled start of the first MLB game scheduled to be played on Friday, September 28, 2012 to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per valid MLB.com account, per person and per e-mail address per Game Day.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the Promotion Period, Sponsor will display a list of all MLB games scheduled to be played on each Tuesday and, upon completion of all MLB games played on Tuesday, will then display a list of all MLB games scheduled to be played on the immediately following Friday (each such Tuesday and Friday, a "Pick Day") throughout the Promotion Period. Follow the instructions provided to select the MLB teams you predict will win each MLB game to be played on the applicable Pick Day (each such prediction, an "MLB Game Pick" and collectively, the "MLB Game Picks"). In addition, on each Friday Pick Day, you must select your prediction as to the final score of the tiebreaker game (the "Tiebreaker Game") for purposes of the Weekly Prize Tiebreakers (defined below). Note: in the event you are tied with any other participant(s) for any Weekly Prize (defined below), you will not be eligible to win the Weekly Prize Tiebreakers or the Weekly Prize if you fail to submit a prediction for the Tiebreaker Game. You must make your MLB Game Picks and Tiebreaker Game selection, as applicable, by no later than five (5) minutes prior to the scheduled start of the first MLB game of the applicable Pick Day (the "Lock Time"); provided, however, in the event the scheduled start of first MLB game to be played on that Pick Day is cancelled or postponed at any time prior to five (5) minutes prior to the scheduled Lock Time, and such MLB game is the only game scheduled to start at that time, Sponsor reserves the right to adjust the Lock Time to be five (5) minutes prior to the scheduled start of the next MLB game played on that day (by way of example only, in the event the Chicago Cubs v. San Diego Padres game scheduled to start at 2:20 ET on Tuesday, May 29 is officially postponed prior to 2:10 pm. ET that day, the Lock Time for Tuesday, May 29 shall be 7:00 pm ET). You will receive one (1) point for each correct MLB Game Pick (each, a "Point"). Only wins officially scored as wins in 2012 MLB regular season MLB games will be counted as valid wins in the Promotion. MLB Game Picks will not be updated to reflect any official MLB statistics changes or corrections that may occur after the completion of an entire Pick Day's schedule of MLB games. Once an MLB game is final following completion of an entire Pick Day's schedule of MLB games, it will be final for purposes of this Promotion. In the event any MLB game scheduled for any Pick Day is cancelled, postponed or suspended, that MLB game shall not be considered for Points for purposes of this Promotion. In addition, any MLB game(s) that are added to any open Pick Day's schedule of MLB games after the Lock Time for the immediately prior Pick Day shall not be considered for purposes of this Promotion (by way of example only, in the event a postponed Cincinnati Reds v. Chicago Cubs game gets rescheduled for 7:05 pm CT on Friday, August 10 as a part of a double header, the rescheduled 7:05 game shall not be considered for purposes of this Promotion); provided, however, that in the event any MLB game(s) are rescheduled as a double header for any open Pick Day after the Lock Time for the immediately prior Pick Day, the first MLB game of the double header shall automatically be deemed the MLB game for the applicable match-up for the open Pick Day (by way of example only, if the Texas Rangers v. Oakland Athletics game scheduled for Thursday, June 28 gets rescheduled for 3:05 pm on ET Friday, June 29 as part of a double header, the 3:05 pm ET Rangers v. Athletics game shall be the MLB game for that Friday Pick Day and the 8:05 pm ET Rangers v. Athletics game shall not be considered for purposes of this Promotion).
GRAND PRIZE WINNER DETERMINATION: The first eligible participant, if any, whose MLB Game Picks correctly match the actual results of all MLB games played during a Weekly Period, as determined and verified by Sponsor, will be the potential winner of the Grand Prize (defined below), subject to verification of eligibility and full compliance with the terms of these Official Rules; provided, however, that the Grand Prize will only be awarded if there are twenty-eight (28) or more MLB games played during the applicable Weekly Period. IN NO EVENT WILL MORE THAN ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE BE AWARDED DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD.
WEEKLY PRIZE WINNER DETERMINATION: The eligible participant who accumulates the most Points during each Weekly Period, as determined and verified by Sponsor, will be the potential winner of the Weekly Prize (defined below), subject to verification of eligibility and full compliance with the terms of these Official Rules; provided, however, that a Weekly Prize will only be awarded if no participant's MLB Game Picks correctly match the actual results of all MLB games played during a Weekly Period in which twenty-eight (28) or more MLB games are played. In the event of a tie for any Weekly Prize, the Weekly Prize Tiebreakers shall apply.
WEEKLY PRIZE TIEBREAKERS: In the event of a tie for any Weekly Prize, the following tiebreakers (the "Weekly Prize Tiebreakers") will be used among the remaining tied participants in the following order:

Participant who has the higher percentage of correct Selections during the entire Promotion Period as of the applicable Weekly Period;
Participant who has next best score during any of the prior Weekly Periods; and
In the event that the tie is still not broken after applying the tiebreakers above, Sponsor will administer a timed baseball trivia quiz, testing the tied participants' knowledge of Major League Baseball, without assistance of any kind, until the tie is broken.

Weird. Tried Copy/Paste first time around and didn't work, but works now that you changed it. Thanks!
