The Sweepstake consists of two parts: an Instant Win (the "Instant Win") and a Grand Prize Drawing ("Grand Prize Drawing"). Total ARV ($52,203.50).

Free Code Request:
To request a free promotional Code via mail, entrant must send a self-addressed, self-sealed, stamped envelope to "Carvel Arcade Classics Promotion" c/o Brandmovers, Inc P.O. Box 94079, Atlanta, GA 30377, and include a 3 x 5 card with entrant's First and Last Name, Email Address, Street Address (no P.O. Boxes), City, State, Zip, Birthday, Area Code, and Phone Number. Code requests must be legible and completed in full to be valid and must be received by July 24, 2012. Each mail-in request must be mailed separately.
Gaming Contest Method of Entry:
To enter the Contest, participant must visit the Website during the Promotion Period, choose any of four (4) arcade games (each a "Game") and play until reaching a higher score than those ranked on the screen ("High Score"). Once participants have achieved a High Score, they will have the option to enter the Contest, and must follow the on-screen instructions to automatically submit their High Score & register with the Sponsor by (a) completing all required fields provided; (b) electronically agreeing and accepting these Rules; and (c) pressing "submit" ("High Score Submission" or "Contest Entry"). All Contest Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM EST on July 31, 2012. Contest Entries submitted past the expiration of the Promotion Period will not be accepted and will be destroyed.

Eligibility:
The Promotion is open to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Puerto Rico and US Territories and Possessions). Participants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry.
Prizes:
There are exactly two thousand one hundred fifty-nine (2159) Prizes total available to be won in the Carvel Arcade Classic.
Instant Win Prizes
Exactly two thousand one hundred thirty-six (2136) Instant Win Prizes will be awarded.
Exactly three (3) Sweepstakes Prizes will be awarded from all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received during the Promotion Period.
Exactly twenty (20) Contest Prizes will be awarded based on the 5 High Scores left on the leaderboard at the end of the Promotion Period. Each game will have a First, Second, Third, Fourth , and a Fifth Place Gaming Contest Winner.
