Grand Prize: (1 winner) A trip for up to four people to San Diego, California to include airfare, standard hotel accommodations, a Roar & Snore Safari sleepover at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park to include same day Safari Park admission, and a Safari Park-themed Gift Bag. The Prize will be valid through 10/1/13. (ARV $3,916). Grand Prize includes:
• Round-trip coach-class air transportation for up to four people from a major airport nearest Winner's primary residence (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to San Diego, California.
• One Prize Certificate valid for 3-Days/2-Nights Standard Hotel Accommodations for up to four people in San Diego, California (single room, quadruple occupancy). Winner is responsible for making their own reservations prior to their attendance in order for their Prize Certificate to be valid. Subject to seasonal availability. Hotel Accommodations determined by ZSSD in its sole discretion.
• One Prize Certificate valid for a Roar & Snore Safari sleepover in a Premium Tent at the Safari Park for up to four persons to include same day admission to the Safari Park. Not valid for prior reservations, in conjunction with other ZSSD offers, discounts, special ticketed events, attractions, pass programs, advanced sale tickets, online tickets, or Zoological Society Membership. Winner is responsible for making their own reservations prior to their attendance in order for their Prize Certificate to be valid. Subject to seasonal availability. Age and certain other restrictions may apply.
• One Safari Park-themed Gift Bag. Gift items to be included to be determined and are at the sole discretion of ZSSD.
Prize value may vary depending on number of guests, departure city, and dates of travel. Any difference between actual costs and Approximate Retail Value will not be awarded. Entire trip must be completed by 10/1/2013 or it will be forfeited. No extensions, exceptions, or substitutions will be provided no matter what the circumstance. Winner must give 60 days advance notice of desired departure and tour date. Winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary. Travel must be round-trip. All travel, hotel arrangements, Safari Park admission, and Roar & Snore Safari sleepover experiences are subject to availability. Travel must begin/end with the same major U.S. airport, with the same service. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight or event. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor's agent, on a carrier of Sponsor's choice. Blackout dates and/or other restrictions may apply as dictated by airline, hotel, ZSSD, Sponsor, and Sponsor's Affiliates. At the sole discretion of the Sponsor, ground transportation may be substituted in place of air travel if Winner resides within a 200-mile radius of the San Diego Zoo Safari Park. Winner is responsible for all other expenses and incidental travel costs associated with his/her use of the prize not specified here which may include but is not limited to: baggage and handling fees, passenger tariffs/duties, surcharges, airport fees, meals, parking, personal charges at lodging, security fees, gratuities, tips, taxes, ground transportation in San Diego and other incidentals. Winner and guests are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, if necessary. Each guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her state of residence (at least 18), unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Each guest (or, if a minor, parent or legal guardian) must execute and return a liability/publicity release form to the ZSSD prior to travel. Airline tickets issued are not eligible for frequent flyer miles and no code-share tickets can be used. Winner will receive a Prize Certificate detailing age and certain other restrictions and instructions for the Roar & Snore Safari sleepover at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park and must follow all of the instructions on their Prize Certificate in order for the Prize Certificate to be valid
