How to enter: You may enter the sweepstakes in two ways:
(i) Visit a participating Thomasville retailer between store opening on May 17, 2012 and store closing (time specific to local retail location) on June 6, 2012 and complete and submit your entry form. To be eligible, your entry must be submitted to a participating Thomasville retailer before the store's closing on June 6, 2012.
(ii) Enter by mail, by mailing a postcard with your name, complete address, age, phone number and email address to: Memorial Day Makeover Sweepstakes, Thomasville Furniture Industries, Inc., Attn: MW Smiley, P.O. Box 339, Thomasville, North Carolina 27361.

Timing: Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Central Time on May 17, 2012, and ends at 11:59 p.m. on June 6, 2012 (the "Promotional Period").
Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the U.S. (excluding residents of Rhode Island), who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry.
Limit: Limit one (1) Entry per person.
Prize: A representative of Sponsor will select one (1) winner from all eligible Entries in a random drawing on or about June 15, 2012. Entrants need not be present to win. One prize will be awarded. Prize consists of (1) up to $15,000 of Thomasville merchandise (approximate retail price based on minimum retail price); and (2) a design consultation with a Thomasville design associate.
