begins at 12:00:00 AM Central Daylight Time ("CDT") on May 15, 2012 and ends on 11:59:59 PM CDT on July 16, 2012

Entrants must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C., excluding residents of California and Utah.

The Sweepstakes Period is divided into nine (9) weekly entry periods

(B) TEXT METHOD OF ENTRY: Use your SMS-enabled mobile phone to text MIKES to shortcode 44144 to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, per day, regardless of entry method.

PRIZE DETAILS: Ten (10) Grand Prize winners will each be awarded a trip for two (2) to participate in a Living Social 3-Day summer camp in either New York (NY) or Washington DC (DC). There are five (5) trips available to each location. Sponsor will determine, in their sole discretion, the location to which each winner will travel based on the order in which he/she was drawn as a winner. Prize includes ground transportation to/from airport to camp location, camping-type lodging provided on-site at the camp and a $200 cash stipend (awarded in the form of check) payable to winner.

Travel must be completed by September 30, 2012. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): Up to $2,675.00 each.

Fifteen (15) First Prize winners will each be awarded a trip for two (2) to participate in a Living Social 1-Day summer camp in either Chicago (IL), Seattle (WA) or Los Angeles (CA). There are five (5) trips available to each location. Sponsor will determine, in their sole discretion, the location to which each winner will travel based on where winner resides. Prize consists of double-occupancy hotel accommodations for two (2) nights, ground transportation to/from hotel to camp and a $200 cash stipend (awarded in the form of a check) payable to winner. Travel must be completed by September 30, 2012. ARV: Up to $1925.00 each.

Seventy Two (72) Second Prize winners (eight [8] per Entry Period) will each be awarded a Mike's branded beach cruiser bike. ARV: $300.00 each.

Seventy Two (72) Third Prize winners (eight [8] per Entry Period) will each be awarded a Mike's branded grill. ARV: $150.00 each.

Seventy Two (72) Fourth Prize winners (eight [8] per Entry Period) will each be awarded a Mike's branded beach cabana. ARV: $75.00 each.

Three Hundred Eighty Seven (387) Fifth Prize winners (forty-three [43] per Entry Period) will each be awarded a Mike's branded cooler bag. ARV: $25 each.

Three Hundred Eighty Seven (387) Sixth Prize winners (forty-three [43] per Entry Period) will each be awarded a Mike's branded kite. ARV: $23 each.

Total ARV of all prizes: $112,001.00

Limit one (1) Grand Prize or First Prize per person/household. Limit one (1) lower-tiered prize per person/household per prize level (Second through Sixth Prizes) during the entire Sweepstakes Period.
