SEVEN HUNDRED (700) INSTANT WIN PRIZES: H2O Plus Face Oasis Hydrating Treatment. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") $36/each. The total ARV of all instant win prizes is $25,200.

ONE (1) SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to one (1) of three (3) Sponsor selected trips listed and detailed on www.h20plus-underthesurface.com. The total value of the trip - including round-trip, coach air travel from the major commercial airport nearest winner's residence to the specified trip destination - may NOT exceed $10,000. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") not to exceed $10,000. In the event that the cost of air travel and the cost of the winner's selected trip exceeds $10,000, the winner will be responsible to for the difference in cost. In addition, all expenses and costs related to acceptance and use of the prize trip not expressly listed above (or not included in the trip package), including but not limited to, travel to and from the airports, insurance, telephone charges, souvenirs, meals (in excess of those provided with the trip package), beverages, taxes and gratuities, are entirely the winner's responsibility. If the actual value of the grand prize is less than $10,000, the winner will not be entitled to the difference between the actual value and $10,000.


HOW TO ENTER SWEEPSTAKES AND PLAY THE GAME: During the Promotion Period, visit www.H2OPlus-underthesurface.com (the "Website") and follow the online instructions to complete and submit a Sweepstakes registration as directed ("Entry") and you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and will be eligible to participate in the Instant Win Game where you must follow the links and instructions to play the game. Participants will be notified on-screen if they are a potential winner of an Instant Win Prize subject to verification and will automatically receive a notification message at the email address used to register. Potential Instant Winners will be required to provide/verify his/her shipping address. Failure to verify address may cause delay or error in shipment of prize.
