Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on May 14, 2012 until 5:00 p.m. ET on July 2, 2012 (the "Promotion Period"),

Limit of one (1) entry per eligible person, per day,

open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States who are 21 years of age or older

Prizes:
Grand Prize:
The one (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip to New York City for Grand Prize winner and a guest which includes (i) two round trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and guest between the major U.S. commercial airport in the lower 48 United States and D.C. nearest Grand Prize Winner's residence and New York City; (ii) first class hotel accommodations in a pet-friendly hotel (as determined by Sponsor) for three days and two nights (one double occupancy room, room rate and tax only); (iii) tour of the Food Network kitchens for Grand Prize Winner and guest; (iv) a cooking class in New York City for Grand Prize Winner and guest with Sarah Copeland; and (v) $500 cash for Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner will also receive a year's supply of Hill's® Science Diet pet food, and a one year subscription to Food Network Magazine. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize: $3,716.

First Prizes:
Each of the twenty-five (25) First Prize Winners will receive a year's supply of Hill's® Science Diet pet food and a one year subscription to Food Network Magazine. ARV: $618. Total ARV of all First Prizes: $15,450.

Second Prizes:
Each of the one hundred (100) Second Prize Winners will receive a one year subscription to Food Network Magazine. ARV: $18. Total ARV of all Second Prizes: $1,800.
