To receive (1) entry without a receipt or making a purchase, hand-print your complete name, address, city, state, ZIP code, e-mail address, date of birth, day and evening phone numbers (including area codes) on a 3" x 5" card or piece of paper and mail in a stamped #10 hand-printed envelope to: BIMBO 2012 National Bread For A Year Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1224, Elmhurst, IL 60126. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2012 and received by January 7, 2013 to be included in the final drawing. Mail-in entries will be included in the drawing corresponding to the weekly entry period during which the entry is received. No mechanical reproductions permitted. Limit one (1) entry per outer postmarked envelope. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
Limit one (1) entry per person per day, regardless of method of entry. Internet access and a valid email address are required to enter via the Website. Entrants must fully complete and submit all required data on the online entry form to be eligible; incomplete entries are null and void. Entries generated by a robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified; any use of automated methods of entry may result in disqualification.
