If the Entrant clicks on the link that will take him/her to the Use the Build Your Can-Am Roadster web tool, he/she will receive one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes.
By following the on-line instructions, each Entrant may refer friends to enter this Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period. To refer a friend, an Entrant must have an existing personal relationship with the referred friend and believe that he/she would be interested in learning about how to register and participate in the Sweepstakes. If an Entrant has at least one (1) referred friend who successfully registers for the Sweepstakes, then the Entrant will receive one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes. An Entrant may refer additional friends but the Entrant may not receive more than one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes under this step iii.
If an Entrant takes a photograph of himself/herself next to an either a 2012 Spyder RS-S Roadster or a 2012 Spyder RT-Limited Roadster at an authorized Can-Am Spyder dealer dealership and posts it on the Page, the Entrant will receive a multiplier effect of three (3) to his/her entries in the Sweepstakes. If the Entrant is unable to take a photograph, then the Entrant may write an essay containing 100 words or more, in English or in French, stating why he/she loves the 2012 Spyder RS-S Roadster and/or the 2012 Spyder RT-Limited Roadster. The Entrant will receive credit only for the photograph or the essay, not both. The photograph and/or essay must meet the guidelines below and will provide the Entrant with the same multiplier effect of three (3) to his/her entries in the Sweepstakes. For example, if the Entrant has completed steps i-iii, he/she will have 3 entries into the Sweepstakes. If an Entrant takes a photograph of himself/herself completes Step iv, either the photo or the essay, then his/her entries will increase by the following formula 3 x 3 = 9 entries into the Sweepstakes. An Entrant will only receive credit for either a photograph or an essay as set forth above. If an Entrant does both, the Entrant will not receive any additional entries.
Timing: begins on May 15, 2012 at 12:00 PM, noon, Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on August 15, 2012 at 11:59:59 PM ET
Limit: The maximum possible number of entries into the Sweepstakes is nine (9).
Eligibility: open only to eligible Entrants who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry, who are licensed drivers or motor vehicle operators, and who are either (a) legal United States residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the 50 United States/District of Columbia, excluding Puerto Rico, or (b) legal Canadian residents who are physically residing in Canada.
