OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, 21 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER, EXCEPT FOR RESIDENTS OF: AL, CA, IN, OK, ME, MD, MI, MT, NJ, NC, OR, UT.

The first part of the Sweepstakes will award one $100 Visa® Gift Card Prize per day of the Promotion Period.

Limit one entry per day per email address.

PART 2 - THE GRAND PRIZE SWEEPSTAKES - $3,000 CASH
To be eligible to win the Grand Prize, you must have entered Part 1 of the
Sweepstakes and received an email from the Sponsor with the entry link. Then,
watch the May 20th, 2012, Frangelico Episode of The Pitch at 11 PM Eastern and
and Pacific Times/10 PM Central Time and correctly answer simple survey
questions about the Episode. Or, watch the Episode on iTunes or AMC On Demand
by 9 PM Eastern Time on 5/28/12. After you enter Part 1 of the Sweepstakes, you will
receive an email with a link to the Grand Prize Sweepstakes entry page

The entry page will include three survey questions about the Episode with four multiple
choice answers for each question. To be eligible to win, you must answer all three
questions correctly, complete the entry form and submit the form no later than 11:59 PM
PT on 5/28/12. Only one Grand Prize entry per person per email address is allowed.

PRIZES
PART 1 - DAILY PRIZES: (13) Thirteen $100 Visa Gift Cards will be awarded one per
day during the Promotion Period from among all eligible entries received each day of the
Promotion Period

PART 2 - GRAND PRIZE: (1) One $3,000 cash Prize will be awarded from among all
entries received during the Promotion Period.
