Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) Contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion begins on May 22, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on July 8, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period").
The Contest entry period begins on May 22, 2012 at 12:00am ET and ends June 17, 2012 11:59pm ET (the "Submission Phase").
The Sweepstakes entry period begins on June 20, 2012 at 12:00am ET and ends July 8, 2012 at 11:59pm ET (the "Voting Phase").
The Promotion, thus, consists of three (3) phases as set forth in the chart below.

How to Enter:
The Sweepstakes: During the Voting Phase, you can enter through the Promotion application on the Frigidaire page on Facebook (www.facebook.com/Frigidaire), you may also access the Promotion application on the Frigidaire Get It Right Page on Social Vibe, or visit www.maketimeforchange.com (the "Website"). Once you have accessed the Promotion application or the Website noted above, click on the "Like" tab (if you are not already a fan of the Frigidaire Facebook page), to vote on the Submission you believe should win the Contest. You will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for each vote you submit.

Limit: one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person per email address per Facebook account per Day during the Voting Phase, regardless of how many Submissions you may vote on. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or Facebook account.

Winner Determination: Sweepstakes: Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winners from all eligible entries on or around July 13, 2012 and will notify each potential winner by email at that time.

Charitable Donation: Sponsor will donate $1.00 to Save the Children for each Submission uploaded during the Submission Phase and for each vote cast during the Voting Phase (donation is only applicable for the first vote cast per person per day). A minimum of $35,000 and a maximum of $40,000 will be donated as part of the $750,000 commitment to Save the Children's U.S. Programs. Contact Save the Children at www.savethechildren.org to learn more about the way the donated funds will be used to support CHANGE and Save the Children's work to help children in need in the U.S. Save the Children does not endorse or sponsor this Promotion.

Sweepstakes: ONE (1) SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE: A Frigidaire Gallery® Dishwasher. ARV: $949. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Voting Phase.

Then, follow the directions to upload one (1) short essay briefly stating a past experience that you would do over again differently (the "Submission") in order to receive one (1) Contest entry.

Submission Guidelines:
The Submission must be in text format;
The Submission must not exceed 155 words in length;
The Submission must be in English; and
The Submission cannot have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind and cannot have been previously published.
Content Restrictions:
The Submission must be the entrant's original work, created solely by the Entrant and must not contain material that violates or infringes another person or entity's rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright or trademark infringement;
The Submission must not disparage Sponsor, Administrator or any other person or party affiliated with the promotion and administration of this Promotion;
The Submission must not contain any personally identifiable information of any person other than the entrant. Should the entrant include personally indefinable information about him/herself in his/her Submission, entrant acknowledges and agrees that such information will be disclosed publicly and entrant is solely responsible for any consequences thereof.
The Submission must not feature brand names or trademarks other than those owned by Sponsor, which entrant has a limited license to use to incorporate into his/her Submission for this Promotion;
The Submission must not contain text not originally created by entrant;
The Submission must not contain text that is inappropriate, objectionable, indecent, obscene hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
The Submission must not contain text that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and
The Submission must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any jurisdiction where Submission is created.

Limit: Limit one (1) Contest entry per person per email address per Facebook account per Day during the Submission Phase.

Winner Determination: Contest:
I. Judging Phase: During the Judging Phase, qualified judges determined by Sponsor will select the top six (6) Submissions (each a "Finalist") based on the following criteria ("Judging Criteria"):
Creativity/Originality (33%)
Quality of Submission (33%); and
Fit with Contest Theme (34%)
In the event of a tie, Sponsor will determine the Finalist based on the Submission that received the highest score in the Fit with Contest Theme category.

II. Voting Phase: During the Voting Phase, the Finalists' Submissions will be posted in an online gallery for public voting at www.facebook.com/Frigidaire, www.maketimeforchange.com, and on the Frigidaire Get It Right Page on Social Vibe. Individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set forth in Section 1 will be invited to vote for their favorite Submission. The Finalist who receives the highest number of votes during the Voting Phase will be the potential Contest Grand Prize winner. In its sole discretion, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate Contest Grand Prize winner should the voting appear to have been tampered with or manipulated in any way. In case of a tie, the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will select the potential winner based on an application of the Judging Criteria. The potential Contest winner will be notified by email on or around July 13, 2012.

Contest: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A $1,500 American Express gift card (terms and conditions apply). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,500.
