Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("E.T.") on May 15, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m., E.T. on August 31, 2012.
Open only to legal residents of any one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Eligible entrants may also receive a second entry in the Sweepstakes by choosing to complete Sponsor's short survey during the Sweepstakes Period. The survey will be made available after a person completes his/her first entry.
