Participants must find weekly clues during the Sweepstakes Periods listed in chart below to be entered for First Prizes for a total of one (1) entry per person per Sweepstakes Period.

NO MORE THAN ONE (1) TOTAL ENTRY DURING EACH SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD IS PERMITTED PER ENTRANT REGARDLESS OF METHOD FOR A MAXIMUM OF EIGHT (8) TOTAL ENTRIES.

Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for the winner and two (2) guests to Laguna Beach, California. Trip includes a three (3) night stay for three (3) (one room, quad occupancy) at hotel in or near the area; round trip transfers between airport in Los Angeles and hotel; one (1) $500 AMEX giftcard; and three (3) round-trip airfares from the major U.S. airport nearest Grand Prize winner's primary residence (provided such residence is in the Continental U.S.) as determined by Sponsor to Los Angeles, California. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, meals, gratuities, all ground transportation and any other costs and expenses incurred that are not specifically stated herein. Guests must be 18 years of age or older as of winner notification, unless they are the child or under legal guardianship of the winner. Winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary and must comply with all security requirements. Tickets and hotel stays are nonrefundable, nontransferable, and are not redeemable for cash or credit at any time, nor will tickets be replaced if lost or stolen. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or changed in any way. Tickets may not be sold to a third party. All air transportation tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages and schedule or route changes. If winner is unable to accept the prize as stated, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and another winner may be selected at Sponsor's discretion. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes.

Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: $4,000.00. Actual retail value of prize may vary depending on winner's city of departure and market conditions at time of travel booking. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize, or any part thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value.

Eight (8) First Prize Winners will receive one (1) $100 American Express Gift Card.

FOR ALL PRIZES: ARV of all Prizes is four thousand eight hundred dollars ($4,800). Limit one (1) First Prize and one (1) Grand Prize per person.
