Grand Prize: (1 winner) "Ice Cream and Frappuccino® coffee drink Party" for up to fifty people; serving supplies; ice cream toppings; a minimum of three music CDs; a $100 Starbucks Card and Starbucks hats for the hosts of the party (up to 4 hats). Winner can choose to have Frappuccino coffee drink and Starbucks ice cream product delivered OR receive forty-five coupons for bottled Frappuccino coffee drink and Starbucks ice cream. CD titles to be determined by Sponsor at a later date, in Sponsor's sole discretion. Winner responsible for organizing (e.g. invitations, location, date, and time) and hosting the party. Me: Reply back, follow the url I provided, you sure are running a contest currently.

Three entry methods exist
1) By text message.
2) by signing up for our $1.50 off a 4 pack coupon
3) through entry on our website
--if you need more help call us and we will resolve it over the phone, you probably entered one of the other methods.
Me: Call up and talk to CSR...I have reference #.
Them: We are not set up to check to see if you entered or not.
Me: Do you have a phone # of a judging agency or marketing department I can talk to?
Them: we are not allowed to give out that info.
Me: Well could you put in a ticket for them to contact me?
Them: We are not set up to do that. You should go to the website and sign up for the contest.
Me: Did you even listen to me? I told you I was getting an error saying I already entered. It won't let me do so.
Them: Well we will take care of that.
Me: so when can I expect a phone call/email providing a solution?
Them: I'm not sure, give it a couple weeks.
GRRRRR customer service is a thing of the past, bet she didn't write down squat. Bet I don't hear anything back. She was so dismissive of my concern. I hate CSR folks. Probably some foreign person from india. You call me mam one more time you stupid son of a b...I will lose it.
