Just was listening to Spotify and a KFC deal came up. You have to enter your full name, zip code, and an email. I also left the join the KFC email club checked. Not exactly sure how you are chosen but I ended up getting a code for the 3 month premium Spotify upgrade. You don't have to receive an email to authenticate or anything either.

This Link [spotify.com] shows what Premium gets you as opposed to Spotify free or unlimited.
