open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including Puerto Rico) and District of Columbia. Entrants must be at least sixteen (16) years of age or older (except for legal residents of Maine who must be eighteen (18) years of age or older) at time of entry.

The Code that will air during the "Tr3s Presents: Juanes MTV Unplugged" Premiere on Tr3s: MTV, Musica y Más on May 28, 2012 for a duration of five (5) to ten (10) seconds

Grand Prize: The Grand Prize Winner will receive One Thousand US Dollars (US$1,000) and an autographed gift from Juanes (the "Grand Prize") which shall be determined by MTVNLA's sole discretion.
The total ARV of the Grand Prize is $1,022.96
Runner-Up Prize: The Runners-Up will each receive one (1) autographed gift from Juanes, which shall be determined by MTVNLA's sole discretion and one (1) year's subscription to the Latina Magazine ("Runner-Up Prize"). The total ARV of the 1st Prize is $22.96
